Important Notice
The thermostat should not be considered as a foolproof system when maintaining a certain temperature is deemed critical, such as for
hazardous material storage, computer server rooms, etc. In these cases, it is imperative to add a monitoring system to avoid the conse-
quences of thermostat failure.
Merchandise Returns
Any request for a return merchandise authorization must be sent to Customer Service. You must provide the purchase order number for
each product purchased. Some fees may apply. Returned merchandise must be shipped “pre-paid.” All the steps to follow are set out in
the “Merchandise Returns” form sent out with the authorization number. This number must be visible on all product return packages.
Products must arrive at the destination in good condition. Certain product series cannot be returned, if for example they are in special
colors, are assembled with options not commonly ordered, are custom made, etc.
Options available : Factory Installed and Kit
For options available as factory installed and kit, if not mentioned on the order, will automatically be shipped as a kit.
Replacement Parts for Discontinued Products
Ouellet is committed to maintaining an inventory of replacement parts for discontinued products for the duration of their warranty
period. Where appropriate, a discontinued product may be replaced with an equivalent product. For more details contact our Customer
Service Department.
