Regional Sales Manager (Eastern Canada)
Responsabilities
Reporting to the Vice President, National Sales, the Regional Sales Manager – Eastern Canada shall be responsible for managing Eastern Canada’s sales force in its pursuit of established sales goals and objectives within the regions of Québec and Maritimes.
The Regional Sales Manager – Eastern Canada will:
- Generate, formulate and execute business plans to reach and exceed sales targets while implementing and applying industry accepted best practices.
- Manage, motivate and support Eastern Canada’s Sales Representatives.
- Develop strategic plans that will support consistent market penetration.
- Develop strong business relationships with industry partners and customers.
- Constantly monitor customer satisfaction levels, market trends and competitive activity.
- Fill all mandates and special projects requested by VP, National Sales.
Requisites
- University degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Possess five (5) years experience at management or supervisory levels within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership, communications and people skills.
- Motivated and dedicated team player.
- Excellent negotiator with superior argumentative skills.
- Solid marketing skills.
- Customer focused and results oriented.
- Familiar with distribution channels.
- Comfortable in Windows environment and Internet
- Master the French and English languages.
