The OSM hand dryer, equipped with an infrared proximity sensor, is both economical and hygienic. Modern technology has resulted in an appliance that is quiet, safe, reliable and maintenance-free. The OSM hand dryer turns on automatically, thus eliminating any need for contact between the user and the unit. A proximity sensor activates the dryer's blower when a presence is detected under the appliance. The dryer turns off as soon as the presence is no longer detected by the sensor. The aesthetic, rounded contours of the unit's casing prevent objects from being placed on the unit and damaging its finish. A moulded aluminum casing is also available for high traffic areas.
