Class Action for Heater Compensation

Ouellet Canada is offering compensation following the settlement of the class action concerning construction heaters and economical unit heaters of 4800 watts and higher manufactured before April 2016.

Please note that the compensation is based on the heater model and date of manufacture displayed on the product.
 

Before completing the form below, please ensure you do the following:

Locate the manufacturing label on the unit to be replaced and check that the model and manufacturing date match the units targeted by the safety notice. Consult the safety notice
 

​   · Take a photo of the heater.

   · Take a photo of the product's nameplate

     (manufacturing label on the heater).

   · Retain the heater sales invoice, if possible.

Only one claim can be submitted per heater, subject to eligibility. Any additional claims for the same heater will be refused.
