General Warranty
Ouellet Canada Inc. products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a minimum period of one year from the date of purchase. In addition, a specific warranty covering certain components, depending on the product series, is added to the basic warranty. The warranty covers replacement with a new product and does not include repair costs for defective components. Heat pump warranty
Every heat pump system comes with a basic warranty:
OTP-H-R32, OTP-O-R32, OTP-P-R32, OTP-H-R32, OTP-MZ-R32 and OTP-F-R32
Labour warranty available (sold separately):
OTP-H-R32, OTP-O-R32, OTP-P-R32, OTP-H-R32, OTP-MZ-R32 and OTP-F-R32
You have 30 days from the date of installation to register your heat pump system.
